Betsy Brod
Founder and CEO
Betsy is a founding partner of Affinity Growth Advisors and brings more than 30 years of Wall Street related experience to the investor relations field. She spent 12 years as a founding partner of MBS Value Partners and ten years with Morgen-Walke (MWA) as a partner and managing director. Prior to joining MWA, Betsy worked for a French investment bank, as well as on the buy-side as an analyst and Associate Director of Research for the Equitable Life Insurance Society of America. Betsy’s experience ranges from senior-level strategic advice associated with mergers and acquisitions, to a wide range of critical corporate events from initial public offerings and subsequent capital raisings, to contested situations, restructurings, CEO transitions and other potentially critical communications issues.
Betsy has been honored by the PRSA with the Silver Anvil Award for excellence in investor relations. She holds an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Economics and Mathematics from Simmons College.
