A 10-K is a company's annual report Every year reporting companies that have stock that's traded publicly have to put out a report to the public that tells them what their results were for the year end from both a financial and an operations and business standpoint It's a very informative form Anybody who's considering investing in a public company should go out and read their most recent 10-K and their 10-Q
